We keep all personal detain health details confidential and use your information to provide personalized nutritional service, track progress, manage bookings, process payments, and send administrative communications regarding your services.
3. SMS Opt-In & Communication
We communicate with clients via SMS for appointment reminders and essential service updates.
Opt-In Process: Users opt-in by visiting https://app.onlinenutritionist.au/book-meeting on the website onlinenutritionist.au and completing the intake form. As part of this process, users may optionally select a consent checkbox to explicitly agree to receive SMS messages.
Message Frequency: May vary based on your scheduled sessions.
Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Online Nutritionist Anastasia.

However, please be aware that the third-party platforms we utilize to run our business—including VentraIP (domain hosting site), Google Workspace, Clinic Toolkit (secure and encrypted platform for nutritionists provided by The Health Sciences Academy), ABC Trainerize (fitness app) , GoHighLevel (funnel management), Stripe/PayPal (payments), and Zapier (automation)—may employ their own cookies, tracking technologies, and data collection practices to provide their respective services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers directly.
5. How We Store & Secure Your Data
We utilize industry-leading technology to ensure your information remains private:
Practice Management: Records, session notes, and intake forms are stored in ABC Trainerize or Clinic Toolkit Access is restricted exclusively to the client and the assigned nutritionist/coach.
Security: All devices used to access the Practice database are password-protected and encrypted. We do not maintain physical paper files.
Communication: Email correspondence is handled via Google Workspace, protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
6. Third-Party Service Processors
We do not sell or rent your data that you provide while using necessary and related to the service sites such as: ABC Trainerize, Clinic Toolkit, Stripe, PayPal, Google Workspace.
